In most cases, no referral is needed. However, depending on your insurance provider or specific medical condition, a referral might be recommended. You're welcome to contact us and we’ll guide you.

You’ll receive a full assessment of your condition, including a review of your medical history and physical evaluation. Then we’ll tailor a personalized treatment plan just for you. Don’t worry—it’s a relaxed and friendly environment!

Most sessions are between 45–60 minutes, depending on the treatment type and your specific needs.
