Physiotherapist and Fitness Instructor. A certified Physiotherapist, licensed by the Ministry of Health. Graduated with high honors (summa cum laude) with a Bachelor's degree (B.PT) in Physiotherapy from Ariel University in 2009.

Specializes in treating orthopedic injuries and, in particular, sports injuries, with a focus on Judo, Basketball, and Running. I have experience treating football (soccer), basketball, and handball teams.

I have accompanied the Israeli national Judo team delegations to training camps and competitions.

I hold advanced training certificates from both Israel and abroad.

In the past, I worked as a fitness instructor for diverse populations. I am an active basketball player and an avid snowboard enthusiast.

Currently, I instruct physiotherapy students as part of their undergraduate degree training.

My Credo: My belief is to maintain the highest possible level of activity while imposing the minimum necessary restrictions. This approach aims to prevent individuals from falling out of their activity cycle. All of this is achieved within a fun, pleasant, and humorous atmosphere.
